Resolution 7496 RESOLUTION NO. 7+96
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Miami Beach, Florida, that notwithstanding the
terms and conditions of the agreement referred to in
Resolution No. 7+83, passed and adopted on March 19,
1951, and notwithstanding the provisions of said
resolution, the time within which the City Manager is
authorized to close the transaction involving the
purchase by the City of Lot 10, Block 39, Palm View
Subdivision, be extended to July 1, 1951.
