AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CITY
ENGINEI H TO MAKE APPLICATI( N TO THE
CORPS OF ENGINEERS, U.S. ARMY, FOR
A P:',:RMIT TO RECONSTRUCT THE TWO
BRIDGES OVER THE EAST AND WEST
CHANNELS OF INDIAN CREEK AT WEST
63RD STREET, IN THE CITY OF MIAMI
BEACH, FLORIDA.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI B EACH,
FLORIDA:
That Morris N. Lipp, City Engineer of the City of
Miami Beach, be and he is hereby authorized and directed to
make application to the Corps of Engineers , U. S. Army, for
a permit to reconstruct the two bridges over the East and
Best Channels of Indian Creek at West 63rd Street, and said
application to be made for and on behalf of the City of
Miami Beach, Florida.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 26th DAY OF MARCH, A.D. 1951.
