BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY of
MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
That notice has been given, as required by the
Charter of said City, that at a meeting of said City
Council to be held at 10:00 o' clock A. 111. , April
4th , A. D. 1951 it viould hear any objections of
persons interested in or affected by the above desig-
nated improvements as to the acceptance thereof , and
no objections having been presented, said improvements,
as completed, be and the same are hereby accepted.
