RESOLJTION NO. 7508
Wr. . AS, the City Council has been advised that the
University of Miami Student Association desires to lease the
premises and facilities of the Miami Beach Municipal Audi-
torium for the presentation of a Variety Show on Saturday,
April 7, 1951, and
WHEREAS, a lease agreement has been prepared by the
Auditorium Manager and approved as to form by the City Attor-
ney, and
WIirREAS, the City Council has been advised of, and
is familiar with the terms and provisions of said lease
agreement and deems it to be to the best interest of th'e City
to authorize the execution of said lease agreement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the Mayor and the City
Clerk be and they are hereby authorized and directed to execute
the above described lease agreement on behalf of the City of
Miami Beach, and that the Auditorium Manager is hereby autho-
rized and directed to carry into effect the terms and provi-
sions undertaken therein by the City.
