OF PROPERTY OWNERS FOR OBJEC-
TIONS TO THE ACCEPTANCE OF
IMPROVEMENTS.

IMPROVEMENTS H-336 and H-337 . DISTRICTS H-336
and H-337
WHEREAS, HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENTS H-336 and
H-337, Districts H-336 and H-337
have been completed and acceptance of said improvements
recommended by the City Manager and the City Engineer, •
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Mir.mi Beach, Florida, that the City Clerk
cause notice to be given in accordance with the Charter
of said City, that a meeting of the City Council will be
held at 10 : 00 o ' clock A. M. on April 13th, A. D. ,
1951, at the City Hall, at which time and place said City
Council will hear any objections of persons interested in

di, affected by the said improvements as to the acceptance
thereof by the City Council.
