SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is hereby
ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setGing forth its intention
to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the City Charter:
SR-505 The laying underground of an eight (8) inch terra
cotta sanitary sewer and necessary manholes and
appurtenances.
At or near the easterly curb line of Crespi Boule-
vard from a point at or near the northerly line,
produced westerly, of Lot Eight (8) , Block Ten ( 10) ,
Biscayne Beach Subdivision, to a point at or near
the centerline of Eighty-first (81st) Street, to-
gether with a six (6) inch terra cotta sewer lat-
eral from the main sewer to the line of each Fifty
(50) feet of abutting property as a part of the main
improvement .
As said Boulevard, Street, Lot, Block and Subdivi-
sion are shown on a Plat recorded in Plat Book
Forty-four (44) , at Page Sixty-seven (67 ) , of the
Public Records of Dade County, r'1orida.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with the
City Clerk plans and specifications of said improvement and an estimate
of the cost thereof; including anestimate of the cost of the expenses
of preliminary and other surveys ; the inspection and superintendence of
the work, the preparation of plans and specifications and estimates,
the printing and publication of notices and Proceedings, the preparation
of bonds, interest during construction, legal services, abstracts, etc. ,
and any other expenses necessary and proper in conducting the proceed-
ings and work herein provided for; and the estimated amount to be as-
sessed against each front foot of abutting property.
The property against which assessments are to be made for the cost of
such improvement is hereby designated as District SR-505, and is des-
cribed as follows:
Lots Three (3) , Four (4) , Five (5) , Six (6) and
Seven (7 ) , Block Ten (10) , Biscayne Beach Subdivi-
sion, according to the Plat thereof recorded in
Plat Book Forty-four (lid.) , at Page Sixty-seven ( 67 ) ,
of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida.
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments
and bonds as Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-505, and the property
against which assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof
shall be designated as District SR-505.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 153th DAY OF April, A.D. 1951.
