RESOLUTION NO. 7522
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami beach,
Florida, deems it necessary for the welfare of said City and
the inhabitants thereof, to acquire, for public street pur-
poses , the following described parcel sof land situate, lying
and being in Miami Beach, Dade County, Florida, to-wit :
The southerly fifteen ( 15) feet of Lot
One ( 1) , FLAMINGO BAY SJrDIVISION NO. 1,
said fifteen ( 15) feet oeing measured at
right angles to the southerly line of
said Lot One ( 1) , as said Lot and Sub-
division are shown on a Plat recorded in
Plat Book 6, Page 101, of the Public Re-
cords of Dade County, Florida.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AND DECLARED by the City
Council of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that it is necessary
that the fee simple title to all of the above-described property
be acquired for development , use and maintenance for public street
purposes for the benefit of said City and its inhabitants, and that
the City Attorney be and he is hereby authorized and directed to
institute the necessary legal proceedings in the name of said City
in the exercise of the right of eminent domain for the condemnation
of said property for public street purposes .
PASSED and ADOPTED this l'3th day of April, A. D. 1951.
