Resolution 7523 RESOLUTION NO. 7523
WHEREAS, on the 21st day of March, A. D. 1951, the City
Council of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, passed and adopted
Resolution No. 7490, which resolution declared the necessity
for, and authorized the condemnation of certain property, therein
more fully described, for street purposes, and
WHEREAS, the City Council is desirous of, and deems it
to be in the best interest of the City to rescind said Resolution
' No. 7490,
NOW, THER PORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Miami Beach, Florida, that Resolution No. 7490, passed
and adopted by the City Council on the 21st day of March, A. D.
1951, be and the same is hereby rescinded and repealed.
PASSED and ADOPTED this lath day of April, A. D. 1951.
