SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is hereby
ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth its intention
to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the City Charter:
SK-146 A five (5) foot concrete sidewalk on both sides of
Harding Avenue from Seventy-third (73rd) Street to
Seventy-fifth (75th) Street.
As said Avenue and Streets are shown on Plat recorded
in Plat Book Thirty-four (34) , Page Four (4) of the
Public Records of Dade County, Florida., and as said
Harding Avenue, Seventy-third (73rd) Street and
Seventy-fifth (75th) Street are named and designated
in Ordinance No . 232.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with the City
Clerk, plans and specifications of said improvement end an estimate of
the cost thereof, including an estimate of the cost of the expenses of
preliminary and other surveys, the inspection and superintendence of the
work, the preparation of plans end specifications and estimates, the
printing and publication of notices and proceedings, the preparation of
bonds, interest during construction , legal services, abstracts, etc. ,
and any other expenses necessary end proper in conducting the proceedings
end work herein provided for; and the estimated amount to be assessed
against each front foot of abutting property.
The property against which assessments ere to be made for the cost of
such improvement is hereby designated as District SK-146, and is described
as follows:
All of the lots or parcels of land abutting on
Harding Avenue and lying between Seventy-third (73rd)
Street and Seventy-fifth (75th) Street.
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments
and bonds as Sidewalk Improvement SK-146, and the property against
which assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof shall be
designated ss District SK-146.
