`SOLUTION NO. 7534
HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT
H-345 H-345
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is hereby
ordered to be made; the City Council hereby settin' forth its intention
to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the City Charter:
H-345 Abbott Avenue from Seventy-second (72nd) Street to
Seventy-third (73rd) Street end Herding Avenue from
Seventy-third (73rd) Street to Seventy-fifth (75th)
Street to be paved and where heretofore paved, to be
repa.ved to a width of sixty (60) feet with a bitumin-
ous wearing surface on a ten (10) inch rock base , and
improved on both sides with a concrete curb and gutter,
together with necessary drainage, sewer inlets , man-
holes and catch basins.
As said Avenues and Streets are shown on Plats record-
ed in Plat Book Thirty-four (34) , Page Four (4) of the
Public Records of Dade County, Florida, end es said
Abbott Avenue is described in Permit from the United
States Government recorded in Deed Book 2071, Paige 258
of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida, and as
said Harding Avenue, Seventy-third (73rd) Street and
Seventy-fifth (75th) Street are named and designated in
Ordinance No. 232 and as said Seventy-second (72nd)
Street is named and designated in Resolution No . 6111.
The City Eno'ineer is hereby directedto prepare end to file with the City
Clerk, plans end specifications of said improvement and an estimate of
the cost thereof, including en estimate of the cost of the expenses of
preliminary and other surveys, the inspection end superintendence of the
work, the preparation of plans end specifications and estimates, the print-
ing and publication of notices and proceedings, the prepnr^tion of bonds,
interest during construction, legal services, abstracts, etc. , and any
other expenses necessary and proper in conducting the proceedings and work
herein provided for; and the estimated amount to be assessed against each
front foot of abutting property.
The Property against which assessments pre to be made for the cost of such
improvement is hereby designated as District H-345, and is described as
follows:
All the lots or parcels of land abutting on Abbott Avenue
end Harding Avenue and lying betr.,een Seventy-second (72nd)
Street and Seventy-fifth (75th) Street.
This improvement shall be designated in allproceedings, assessments and
bonds es Highway Improvement H-345 , and the -property ar%ainst which assess-
ments therefor may be made for the cost thereof shall be designated es
District H-345.
