RESOLUTION NO. 7551
WHEREAS, the owners of the following described
property have proposed, through A. Ernest Woolf e, as their agent,
to sell to the City of Miami Beach, Florida, for the price and
on the terms set forth in a proposal, a copy of which is attached
klereto, said parcel of land, to-wit:
Lots 17, 18, 19, 20 and 21 in Block 3 of
SECOD OCEAN FRONT SUBDIVISION, according
to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book
28, at page 23, of the Public Records of
Dade County, Forida,
AND WHEREAS, the City Council of said City deems it to
be to the best interest of said City to acquire said property at
said price and on said terms for off-street parking of automobiles
and other municipal purposes,
NOW, ThiERFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Miami Beach, Florida , that said proposal be and the
same is hereby accepted on behalf of said City and the City Manager
be and he is hereby authorized and directed to consummate said
transaction upon the approval of the title to said lands by the
City Attorney, and that the Mayor and the City Clerk be and they
are hereby auhorized and directed to execute on behalf of and in
the name of said City the revenue certificatesreferred to and
described in said proposal.

PROPOSAL
The owners of Lots 117, 18, 19, 20, and 21, of
Block 3 of 2nd Oceanfront Subdivision, have
agreed to accept ;550.00 per foot for the afore-
said mentioned property, a total of 375' of
Indian Creek frontage. The owners also have
agreed to accept from the City of Miami Beach
ten equal annual payments of '1;20,625.00, in the
form of Revenue Certificates, bearing 3% interest,
with no cash down payment for the above mentioned
lots 117, 18, 19, 20, and 21.
