BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is hereby
ordered to be made ; the City Council hereby setting forth its intention
to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the City Charter :
SK-151 A five (5) foot concrete sidewalk on the north side
of Thirty-third (33rd ) Street from Collins Avenue
to a point at or near Two hundred and seventy (2M)
feet easterly of Collins Avenue,
As said Street and Avenue are shown in Plat re-
corded in Plat Book Five (5) , Pages Seven (7 )
and Eight (6) of the Public Records of Lade
Countyof Florida , and as said Thirty-third
(33rd ) Street is named and designated in Ord-
inance No. 232.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with the
City Clerk plans and specifications of said improvement and an estimate
of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the cost of the expenses
of preliminary and other surveys, the inspection and superintendence of
the work, the preparation of plans and specifications and estimates, the
printing and publication of notices and proceedings, the preparation of
bonds, interest during construction, legal services, abstracts, etc. ,
and any other expenses necessary and proper in conducting the proceedings
and work herein provided for; and the estimated amount to be assessed
against each front foot of abutting property.
The property against vt ich assessments are to be made for the cost of
such improvement is hereby designated as Listrict SK-151, and is described
as follows :
All of the lots or parcels of land abutting on the
northerly side of Thirty-third (33rd ) Street and
lying between Collins Avenue and a point at or near
Two hundred and seventy (270) feet easterly of
Collins Avenue.
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments
and bonds as Sidewalk Improvement SK-151, and the property against which
assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof shall be designated
as Listrict SK-151.
