Resolution 7587 RESOLUTION NO. 7587
ivn REAS, the City Council of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, is considering amending and changing certain of the
regulations and restrictions established and contained in
Ordinance No. 289, commonly known as the "Zoning Ordinance of
the City of Miami Beach, Florida", as hereinafter set forth,
to-wit :
To amend said Ordinance and the maps attached thereto
and made a part thereof, so as to include in "RE" Multiple-
Family District and to include in an appropriate area district
the following described lands situate, lying and being in
1iami Beach, Dade County, Florida, to-wit :
Lots 1 to 7, inclusive, of Block 81; and
Lots 1 to 7, inclusive, of Block 82; of
THIRD COMMERCIAL SUBDIVISION, according to
the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 7,
at page 160, of the Public Records of Dade
County, Florida;
AND ALSO
To amend said Ordinance and the maps attached thereto
and made a :cart thereof, so as to include in "BB" Business
District and to include in an appropriate area district the
following described lands situate, lying and being in Miami
Beach, Dade County, Florida, to-wit :
Lots 1 and 2, Block 12, ISLAND VIEW SUB-
DIVISION, according to the Plat thereof,
recorded in Plat Book 6, at page 115, of
the Public Records of Dade County, Florida.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT r.ESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that a public hearing be and
is hereby called to be held on the 13th day of June, A. D. 1951,
at 10:00 o' clock A.M. in the Council Chambers, in the City Hall,
I_iami Beach, Florida, for the consideration of said amendments.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be and he is
hereby directed to give at least fifteen days ' notice of the
time, place and object of said hearing by publishing notice
thereof, in the Florida Sun, a newspaper of general circulation
in said. City of Miami Beach, Florida, in conformity with Sec-
tion 21 of Ordinance No. 289 of said City.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 2nd day of May, A. D. 1951.
