Resolution 7588 RESOLUTION NO. 7588
WHEREAS, the City Council has been advised that the MIAMI
BEACH JUNIOR CHAMBER OF COMMERCE desires to lease the premises
and facilities of the Miami peach ''unicinal Auditorium for a
Non-partisan Political Rally presenting all of the Council
Candidates on June 4, 1951, and
WHEREAS, a lease agreement has been prepared by the Audi-
torium Manager and approved as to form by the City Attorney, and
WHEREAS, the City Council has been advised of, and is fa-
miliar with the terms and provisions of saidlease agreement ,
and deems it to be to the best interest of the City to authorize
the execution of said lease agreement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the Mayor and the City Clerk
be and they are hereby authorized and directed to execute the
above-described lease agreement on behalf of the City of ;Jiami
teach, and that the Auditorium Manager is hereby authorized and
directed to carry into effect the terms and provisions under-
taken therein by the City.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 2nd day of May, A. D. 1951.
