Resolution 7590 RESOLUTION NO. 7590
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami Beach, Florida,
has been advised that through the efforts of Claude D. Ritter, Jr. ,
Auditorium Manager, Holiday On Ice Shows , Inc. , a Minnesota cor-
poration, has agreed to Present an ice show entitled "Holiday On
Ice Of 1952" in the Miami Beach Municipal Auditorium from the first
day of March, 1952 through the fifth day of March, 1952, for one
performance each evening and as many matinees as the parties shall
Mutually agree upon, and
WHE?EAS, an agreement has been prepared setting forth the terms
and conditions under which said presentation will be conducted,
said agreement to be entered into by and between the City of Miami
Beach and Holiday On Ice Shows, Inc. , and
WHEF�EAS, the City Council has been advised of and is familiar
with the terms and rrovisions of said agreement, and
WHEREAS, the City Council deems it to be to the best interest
of the City to secure said presentation in the Miami beach Munici-
pal Auditorium under the terms and conditions as set forth in said
agreement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the Mayor and the City Clerk
be and they are hereby authorized and directed to execute the above-
described agreement on behalf of the City of Miami Leach, and that
the Auditorium Manager is hereby authorized and directed to put and
carry into effect the terms and provisions undertaken therein by
the City.
