Resolution 7592 RESOLUTION NO. 7592
WHEREAS, the Miami Beach Housing Authority is in need of
office space for the purpose of carrying on its functions, and
wi ,MEAS, the City of Miami beach desires and deems it to
be to the best interest of the City to furnish office space for
said Housing Authority in close proximity to other City offices ,
and
WHEREAS, such space is available on the Third Floor of
the Harvey Building, located at the southwest corner of Fourteenth
Street and Washington Avenue, where other City offices are already
being maintained, at a price satisfactory to the City, and
WHEREAS, a lease has been prepared between Harold Salvey,
as Lessor, and the City of Miami Beach, as Lessee, by the terms
of which that certain office space located on the Third Floor of
the Harvey Building referredto and known as Room 312 is leased
to the City for one year at a rental of •p45.83 per month, the City
Council being familiar with the terms of said lease,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVF.I) by the City Council of the
City of Miami Beach, h'lorida, that the Mayor and the City Clerk be
and they are hereby authorized and directed to execute and deliver
saidlease in the name of and on behalf of the said City.
