RESOLUTION NO. 7618
SANITARY SEWER
IMPROVEMENT SR-506 DISTRICT SR-506
WHEREAS, on the 16th day of May, 1951 9 the City
Council passed and adopted a resolution ordering the im-
provement designated as Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-506,
District SR-506,
and directed the City Engineer to prepare and file plans and
specifications of such improvement and an estimate of the
cost thereof, includingan estimate of the incidental ex-
penses, and the said plans and specifications and estimate
of cost and estimate of incidental expenses have Leen filed
by the City Engineer with the City Clerk. •
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Miami
Beach, Florida, that the City Clerk shall cause to be
published at least once in a newspaper of general circulation
in the City of Miami Beach a notice stating that at a meeting
of the City Council of Miami Beach on the 6th day of mine,
1951, at 10;00 A. Me , the City Council will hear objections
of all persons interested to the confirmation of said
resolution ordering said. improvement .
