Resolution 7621 RESOLUTION N0. 7621
WHEREAS, the City Council has been advised that the
American Legion 1951 Convention, Corporation of Florida,
desires to lease the Premises and facilities of the :,<iami
each 'Municipal Auditorium for the Presentation of a con-
vention commencing at 8:00 o' clock A.P:. on Iionday, Octo-
ber 15, 1951, and terminating at 12:0u o' clock midnight
on Thursday, October 18, 1951, and
WHEREAS, a lease agreement has been prepared by the
Auditorium Manager and approved as to form by the City
Attorney, and
WhEREAS, the City Council has peen advised of, and
is familiar with the terms and trovisions of said lease
agreement and deems it to be to the best interest of the
City to authorize the execution of said lease agreement ,
NOW, TRLhEFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the Mayor and
the City Clerk be and they are hereby authorized and
directed to execute the above described lease agreement
on behalf of the City of Miami beach, and that the Audi-
torium Manager is hereby authorized and directed to carry
into effect the terms and provisions undertaken therein
by the City.
