A RESOLUTION CALLING A HEARING
OF PROPERTY OWNERS FOR OBJECTIONS
TO THE ACCEPTANCE OF IMPROVEMENTS.
WHITE WAY IMPROVEMENTS WW-64, WW-78, DISTRICTS WW-64, WW-78,
`aw-79, WW-8o, WW-84 AND WW 85 WW--79, Ww-80, WW-84 AND
WW-85
WHEREAS, White Way Improvements WW-64, WW-78, WW-79,
WW-80, WW-84 and WW-8 Districts WW-64, WW-78, WW-79, WW--80, WW-84
and :BIW-85 have been completed and acceptance of said improve-
ments recommended by the City Manager and the City
Engineer,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the City Clerk
cause notice to be given in accordance with the Charter
of said City, that a meeting of the City Council will
be held at 10:00 o' clock A.M. on June 6,
4.. D. , 1951 , at the City Hall, at which time and place
said City Council will hear any objections of persons
interested in or affected by the said improvements as to
the acceptance thereof by the City Council.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 16th day of May,
A. D. 1951 .
