RESOLUTION NO. 7632
WhEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, has been advised that through the efforts of Claude
D. Ritter, Jr. Auditorium Manager, holiday on Ice Shows, Inc. ,
a Minnesota corporation, has agreed to present a show entitled
"Ice vogues" in the Miami Beach Municipal Auditorium from
June 29, 1951 through July 12, 1951, for one performance each
evening and as many matinees as the parties shall mutually
agree upon, and
WhEEAS, an agreement has been prepared setting forth
the terms and conditions under which said presentation will be
conducted, said agreement to be enteredinto by and between
the City of Miami Beach. and Holiday On Ice Shows , Inc. , and
WHEREAS, the City Council has been advised of and is
familiar with the terms and provisions of said agreement , and
WHEREAS, the City Council deems it to be to the best
interest of the City to secure said presentation in the Miami
Peach Municipal Auditorium under the terms and conditions as
set forth in said agreement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLV1 :i) by the City Council of
the City of Miami Beach, clorida, that the Mayor and the City
Clerk be and they are hereby authorized anddirected to exe-
cute the above-described agreement on behalf of the City of
:iiami Beach, andthat the Auditorium ,anager is hereby autho-
rized and directed to put and carry into effect the terms and
provisions undertaken therein by the City.
