A RESOLUTION CALLING A HEARING
OF PROPERTY OWNERS FOR OBJECTIONS
TO THE ACCEPTANCE OF IMPROVEMENTS.
WHITEWAY IMPROVEMENTS DISTRICTS WW-72,
WW 72, WW-81 and WW-86 WW 81 and WW-86
WHEREAS, Whiteway Improvements WW-72, WW-81
and WW-86, Districts WW-72, WW-81 and WW-86,
have been completed and acceptance of said improve-
ments recommended by the City Manager and the City
Engineer,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the City Clerk
cause notice to be given in accordance with the Charter
of said City, that a meeting of the City Council will
be held at 10 :00 o' clock A.M. on July 4th,
A. D. , 19 51 , at the City Hall, at which time and place
Councilhear any
said City will of persons
interested in or affected by the said improvements as to
the acceptance thereof by the City Council.
