Resolution 7663 RESOLUTION NO. 7663 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, is considering amending and changing certain of the regulations and restrictions established and contained in Ordi- nance No. 259, commonly known as the "Zoning Ordinance of the City of Miami Beach, Florida" , as hereinafter set forth, to-wit : To amend said Ordinance and the maps attached thereto and made a part thereof, so as to include in "RE" Multiple-Family District and to include in an appropriate area district the fol- lowing described lands situate, lying and being in Miami Beach, Dade County, Florida, to-wit : Lots 10 to 16, inclusive, of Block 107; and Lots 9 to 16, inclusive, of Block 108, of OCEAN BEACH ADDITION NO. 3, according to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 2, at page 81, of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council. of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that a rublic bearing be and is herebycalled to be heldon the 3rd day of July, A. D. 1951, at 10:00 o' clock A.M. , in the Council Chambers , in the City Hall, Miami Beach, Florida, for the consideration of said amendment. BE IT FURThhE R.ESOLVI ) that the City Clerk be and he is hereby directed to give at least fifteen days' notice of the time, /place and object of said hearing by publishing notice thereof, in the Florida Sun, a newspaper of general circulation in said City of Miami Beach, Florida, in conformity with Section 21 of Ordinance No. 289 of said City.
