SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT

PE IT RESOLVED FAY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is hereby
ordered to be made ; the City Council hereby setting forth its intention
to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the City Charter :
SR-507 The laying underground of an eight (8) inch terra
cotta sanitary sewer and necessary manholes and
appurtenances at or near the westerly curb line of
Indian Creek Drive from a point at or near the
southerly line produced easterly of Lot Thirteen
(13) , Block Three (3) , Amended Plat of Second
Ocean Front Subdivision to a point at or near the
northerly line produced easterly of Lot Twenty-
one (21 ) , said Block Three (3 ) , together with
six (6" ) inch terra cotta sewer lateral from the
main sewer to the line of each seventy-five (75 )
feet of abutting property, as a part of the main
improvement.
As said Drive , Lots , Flock and Subdivision are
shown on a Plat recorded in Plat Book Twenty-eight
(28) , at Page Twenty-eight (28) , of the Public
Records of Dade County, Florida , and as said Indian
Creek Drive is named and designated in Ordinance
No. 495.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with the
City Clerk plans and specifications of said improvement and an estimate
of the cost thereof; including an estimate of the cost of the expenses
of preliminary and other surveys; the inspection and superintendence
of the work) the preparation of plans and specifications and estimates,
the printing and publication of notices and proceedings , the preparation
of bonds , interest during construction, legal services, abstracts, etc. ,
and any other expenses necessary and proper in conducting the proceedings
and work herein provided for; and the estimated amount to be assessed
against each front foot of abutting property.
The property against which assessments are to be made for the cost
of such improvement is hereby designated as District SR-507, and is
described as follows :
Lot 13 to Lot 21, inclusive , Flock 3, Amended
Plat of Second Ocean Front Subdivision, accord-
ing to the Plat thereof recorded in Plat Rook
28 , at Page 28 of the Public Records of Lade
County, Florida.
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments
and bonds as Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-507, and the property
against which assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof
shall be designated as District SR-507.
