SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT
SR-506 SR-508
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
That the constr:ction of the following described improvement is here-
by ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth its
intention to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the City Charter:
SR-508 The laying underground of an eight (6 ) inch terra
cotta sanitary sewer and necessary manholes and
appurtenances at or near the centerline of Eighty-
first (81st) Street from a point at or near the
easterly line produced southerly of Lot Thirty-two
(32) , Block Five (5) , Biscayne Beach Subdivision
to a point at or near the easterly curb line of
Crespi Boulevard, together with a six (6) inch
terra cotta sewer lateral from the main sewer to
the line of each fifty (50) feet of abutting prop-
erty as a part of the main improvement.
As said Street, Boulevard, Lot, Block and Subdivi-
sion are shown on a Plat recorded in Plat Book
Forty-four (414) , at page Sixty-seven (67 ) of the
rublic Records of Dade County, Florida.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with
the City Clerk plans and specifications of aaid improvement and
an estimate of the cost thereof; including an estimate of the cost
of the expenses of preliminary and other surveys; the inspection and
superintendence of the work, the preparation of plans and specifica-
tions and estimates, the printing and publication of notices and
proceedings, the preparation of bonds, interest during construction,
legal services, abstracts, etc. , and any other expenses necessary
and proper in conducting the proceedings and work herein provided for;
and the estimated amount to be assessed against each front foot of
abutting property.
The property against which assessments are to be made for the cost
of such improvement is hereby designated as District SR-508 and is
described as follows:
Lots 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16 and 17, Block 4, and
Lots 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30 and 31,
Block 5, all in Biscayne Beach Subdivision, accord-
ing to the Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book
at Page 67 of the Public Records of Dade County,
Florida.
This Improvement shall be designated in all Proceedings, assessments
and bonds as Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-508, and the property
against which assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof
shall be designated as District SR-508.
