Resolution 7694 RESOLUTION NO. 7694
WhEREAS, the City Council of the City of :iami Beach, Florida,
is considering amending and changing certain of the regulations and
restrictions established and contained in Ordinance No. 269, commonly
known as the "Zoning Ordinance of the City of Miami Beach, Florida",
as hereinafter set forth, to-wit :
To amendsaid ordinance and the maps attached thereto and made
a part thereof so as to exclude from the "RE" Multiple-Family District
and to include in the "RD" Single-Family District, as said districts
are respectively set forth and defined in said ordinance, the following
describedland situate, lying and being in Miami Beach, Dade County,
Florida, to-wit :
Lot 1 of Block 16B of the Re-subdivision of
Lots 16 to 21, inclusive, of Block 15 of the
AMENDED SUNSET LAKE SUBDIVISION, according
to the Flat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 9,
at page 145, of the Public Records of Dade
County, Florida.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Miami Beach, Florida, that a public hearing be and is hereby called
to be held on the 1st day of August, A. D. 1951, at 10:00 o' clock A.M.
in the Council Chambers in the City Hall, Miami Beach, Florida, for
the consideration of said amendment.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLV] that the City Clerk be and he is hereby
directed to give at ]east fifteen ( 15) days' notice of the time, place
and object of said hearing by publishing notice thereof in the FLORIDA
SJN, a newspaper of general circulation in said City of Miami Beach,
in conformity with Section 2.1 of Ordinance No. 289 of said City.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 9th day of July, A. D. 1951.
