Resolution 7697 RESOLUTION NO. 7697
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami Beach, riorida,
has been advised that through the efforts of Claude D. Ritter, Jr. ,
Auditorium Manager, NATIONAL CONCERT AND ARTISTS CORPORATION has
agreed to present "Dunninmer" in the Miami Beach Municipal Auditorium
on January 18, 1952, and
WHEhEAS, an agreement has been prepared setting forth the terms
and conditions under which said presentation will be conducted, said
agreement to be entered into by and between the City of Miami Leach
and National Concert and Artists Corporation, and
WHEREAS, the City Council has been advised of and is familiar
with the terms and provisions of said agreement, and
WHEREAS, the City Council deems it to be to the best interest
of the City to secure said presentation in the Miami Leach Municipal
Auditorium under the terms and conditions as set forth in said agree-
ment,
NOW, THEREFORE, EE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of _Tiami Beach, Florida, that the Mayor and the City Clerk be and
they are hereby authorized and directed to execute the above-described '
agreement on behalf of the City of jiami Beach, and that the Auditorium
Manager is hereby authorized and directed to put and carry into effect
the terms and provisions undertaken therein by the City.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 18th day of July, A. D. 1951.
