That notice has been given, as required by the
Charter of said City, that at a meeting of said City
Council to be held at 10 %00 o' clock A. N. , August
1st , A. D. 19 51 it would hear any objections of
persons interested in or affected by the above desig-
nated improvements as to the acceptance thereof, and
no objections having been presented, said improvements,
as completed, be and the same are hereby accepted.
