Resolution 7715 RESOLUTION NO. 7715
WHEREAS, the City of Miami Beach has been fortunate
in having been able to avail itself of the services of
City Engineer Morris N. Lipp for the past twenty-five
years, and
WHEREAS, although the City has during the past
quarter century enjoyed a phenomena. growth, through the
vision, efficiency, and practical action of Morris N. Lipp,
our public services which are the foundation of our
municipality have kept apace with our tremendous physical
development and have contributed immeasurably towards it,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council
of the City of Miami Beach express its sincere appreciation
for the many years of valued services the City has received
from a man so eminently qualified to occupy the vital
position of City Engineer of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida--Mr. Morris N. Lipp.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 1st day of August, A. D.
