Resolution 7721 RESOLUTION NO. 7721
WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the City Council of the
City of Miami Beach, Florida, the Certificates of the Inspectors
who conducted the Primary Elections held July 24, 1951, for the
purpose of electing non-voting members of the Personnel Board
from Groups 1 and 2 of the Employees of the City of Miami Beach,
in accordance with the provisions of Resolution No. 7692, as
passed and adopted by the City Council on July 6, 1951, and
WHEREAS, the said City Council has canvassed said certi-
ficates,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of said
City that they hereby adopt the said Certificates as the result
of said Primary Elections, and do hereby declare the members from
Groups 1 and 2 elected to the Personnel Board to be as follows:
GROUP 1: HUBERT H. ALBRITTON (Elected by 99 votes out
of a total of 160 votes
cast, being a clear
majority at the Primary
Election)
GROUP 2: KENNETH T. HO1E (Elected by 56 votes out
of a total of 91 votes
cast, being a clear
majority at the Primary
Election)
PASSED and ADOPTED this 1st day of August, A. D. 1951.
