SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENTS DISTRICTS SK-153,
SK-153, SK-154, SK-155 SK-154, SK-155
WHEREAS, on the 10 day of August, 1951 , the City
Council passed and adopted resolution Bordering the im-
provements designated as
Sidewalk Improvement SK-153, District SK-153; Sidewalk Im-
provement SK-154, District SK-154; Sidewalk Improvement
SK-155, District SK-155
and directed the CityEngineer to
g� prepare and file plans and
specifications of such improvements and estimates of the
cost thereof, including estimates of the incidental ex-
penses, and the said plans and specifications and estimate
of cost and estimate of incidental expenses have been filed
by the City Engineer with the City Clerk.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Miami
Beach, Florida, that the City Clerk shall cause to be
published at least once in a newspaper of general circulation
in the City of Miami Beach a notice stating that at a meeting
of the City Council of Miami Beach on the 27thday of August
1951 , at 10:00 A. M. , the City Council will hear objections
of all persons interested to the confirmation of said
resolutions ordering said improvements .
