BE IT RFSOLV'ID BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY of
MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
That notice has been given, as required by the
Charter of said City, that at a meeting of said City
Council to be held at i0 :00 o' clock A. 1 . , August 15,
, A. D. 19 51 it would hear any objections of
persons interested in or affected by the above desig-
nated improvements as to the acceptance thereof 9 and
no objections having been presented, said improvements,
as completed, be and the same are hereby accepted.
