Resolution 7742 RESOLUTION NO. 7742
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, deems it necessary for t'-le welfare of said City and
the inhabitants thereof, to acquire, for public street purposes,
the following described parcel of land situate, lying and being
in Miami Beach, Dade County, Florida, to-wit:
Lot Twenty (20) of Block Seven (7)
of SECOND OCEAN FRONT SUBDIVISION,
according to the Amended plat thereof,
recorded in Plat Book 28, at page 28,
of the Public Records of Dade County,
Florida,
NO?I, THEREFOR , BE IT RESOLVED and DECLARED by the City
Council of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that it is necessary
that the fee simple title to the above-described property be
acquired for development, use and maintenance for public street
purposes for the benefit of said City and its inhabitants, and
that the City Attorney be and he is hereby authorized and directed
to institute the necessary legal proceedings in the name of said
City in the exercise of the right of eminent domain for the con-
demnation of said property for public street purposes.
