WHEREAS, the City Council has been advised that the
7. TIONAL �XCHAIiC; CLUB desires to lease the premises and facili-
ties of the Miami Beach 1,iunicipal Auditorium from October 4, 1951,
through October 8, 1951 , for a convention, the specific events,
dates and times being ;,yore particularly set forth in the Lease
Agreement hereinafter referred to, and
iHEREAS, a lease agreement has been prepared by the Audi-
torium Manager and approved as to form by the City Attorney, and
WHEREAS, the City Council has been advised of, and is
familiar with the terms and provisions of said lease agreement,
and deems it to be to the best interest of the City to authorize
the execution of said lease agreement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Miami Beach, 21orida, that the .Mayor and the City
Clerk be and they are hereby authorized and directed to execute
the above-described lease agreement on behalf of the City of
Miami Beach, and that the Auditorium Manager is hereby authorized
and directed to carry into effect the terms and provisions under-
taken therein by the City.
