Resolution 7752 RESOLUTION NO. 7752
-WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the City
Council of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, the Certificate
of the Inspectors and Clerk who conducted the Primary Election
held August 21, 1951, for the purpose of selecting candidates
for Trustee from Group 3 of the Employees Retirement System
of the City of Miami Beach, in accordance with the provisions
of Resolution No. 7726, as passed and adopted by the City
Council on August 8, 1951, and
WHEREAS, the said City Council has canvassed said re-
turns and certificate,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
said City that they hereby adopt the said Certificate as the
result of said Primary Election, and do hereby declare the
Trustee from Group 3 elected to the Board of Trustees of the
Employees Retirement System to be as follows:
GROUP 3: FRANK HOBAN (Elected by 105 votes out
of 127 votes cast, being
a clear majority at the
Primary Election)
PASSED and ADOPTED this 27th day of August, A. D.
1951.
