BE IT RESOLV: D BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY of
MIAl1I BEACH, FLORIDA:
That notice has been given, as required by the
Charter of said City, that at a meeting of said City
Council to be heldat 10 ;00 o' clock A. M. , September
5th , A. D. 19 5l, it would hear any objections of
persons interested in or affected by the above desig-
nated improvements as to the acceptance thereof, and
no objections having been presented, said improvements,
as completed, be and the same are hereby accepted.
