Resolution 7776 RESOLUTION NO. 7776
WH S, the City Council of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, has been advised that the METROPOLITAN MIAMI FLOW{
SHOW desires to lease the premises and facilities of the Miami
Beach Municipal Auditorium from March 14, 1952, through March
17, 1952, for a flower show, the specific events, dates and
times being more particularly set forth .in the Lease Agreement
hereinafter referred to, and
WHEREAS, a lease agreement has been prepared by the
Auditorium Manager and approved as to form by the City Attorney,
and
WHEAS, the City Council has been advised of, anc is
familiar with the terms and provisions of said lease agreement,
and deems it to be to the best interest of the City to authorize
the execution of said lease agreement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the Mayor and the City
Clerk be and they are hereby authorized and directed to execute
the above described lease agreement on behalf of the City of
Miami Beach, and that the Auditorium Manager is hereby authorized
and directed to carry into effect the terms and provisions under-
taken therein by the City.
