Resolution 7793 RESOLUTION NO. 7793
WHEREAS, The City Council of the City of Miami Beach is
authorized by law to act for the said City and to expend its funds
for water works or sewerage systems; and
WHEREAS , said City Council has before it the following
described plans, to-wit :
Contract 70-SR, Proposed Sanitary Sewers
in Normandy Shores, City of Miami Beach,
Florida , dated August 1951,
which are to be submitted for consideration of the Florida State
Board of Health for approval; and
WHEREAS, said City desires to make application to said
Florida State Board of Health for approval of said plans.
NOW, THEREFORE, FE TT RESOLVED, that the City Council
of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, does hereby approve and
accept said plans and that Claude A. Renshaw, City Manager, be
and he is hereby authorized and directed to submit for considera-
tion and approval to the Florida State Board of Health the above-
described plans.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of September, A. D. 1951.
