Resolution 7802 RESOLUTION NO. 7802
WHEREAS, W. E. (Jerry) Girard was the successful bidder
for the Normandy Shores Golf Course Food & Beverage Concession
in accordance with the terms of those certain specifications
dated August 28, 1951, and
UHEREAS, an agreement covering said concession has been
prepared and submitted to the City Council, and
WHEREAS, the City Council is familiar with the terlrs of the
said agreement and deems it to be to the best interest of the City
of Miami Beach to enter into said agreement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT R -;SOLVr by the City Council of the
City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the Mayor and the City Clerk be
and they are hereby authorized and directed to execute said agree-
ment for and in the name of said City.
