Resolution 7803 RESOLUTION NO. 7803
WIEREAS, Gertrude Gleason was the successful bidder for
the Pro Shop Concession at the Normandy Shores Golf Course, in
accordance with the terms of those certain specifications dated
Aurust 28, 1951, and
GJHr' EAS, an agreement covering said concession has been
prepared and submitted to the City Council, and
`.IHIREAS, the City Council is familiar with the terms of the
said agreement and deems it to be to the best interest of the City
of Miami Beach to enter into said agreement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the Mayor and the City Clerk
be and they are hereby authorized and directed to execute said
agreement for and in the name of said City.
