Resolution 7804 RESOLUTION NO. 7804
WHEREAS, MIIHALD F. KELLY and :VILLIAM PITE were the
successful bidders for the Bay Shore Golf Course Food and
Beverage Concession and the Bay Shore Golf Course Pro Shop
in accordance with the terms of those certain specifications
' dated. August 28, 1951, and
i;JHE' EAS, agreements covering said concessions have been
prepared and submitted to the City Council, and
WHEREAS, the City Council is familiar with the terms of
the said agreements and deems it to be to the best interest
or the City of Miami Beach to enter into said agreements,
li NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the ::payor and the City
Clerk be and they are hereby authorized to execute said agree-
ments for and in the name of said City.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 3rd day of October A.D.
1951.
