A RESOLUTION CALLING A HEARING
OF PROPERTY OWNERS FOR OBJECTIONS
TO THE ACCEPTANCE OF IMPROVEMENTS.
SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENTS DISTRICTS SR-505, SR-506,
SR-505, SR-506, SR-507 and SR-508 SR-507 and SR-508
WHEREAS, Sanitary Sewer Improvements SR-505, SR-506,
SR-507 and SR-508, Districts SR-505, SR-506, SR-507 and SR-508,
have been completed and acceptance of said improve-
ments recommended by the City Manager and the City
Engineer,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the City Clerk
cause notice to be given in accordance with the Charter
of said City, that a meeting of the City Council will
be held at 10 :00 o ' clock A.M. on November 21st,
Pi. D77 1951 , at the City Hall , at which time and place
said City Council will hear any objections of persons
interested in or affected by the said improvements as to
the acceptance thereof by the City Council.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 17th day of October,
