Resolution 7812 RESOLUTION NO. 7812
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, is considering amending and changing certain of
the regulations and restrictions established and contained
in Ordinance No. 289, commonly known as the "Zoning
Ordinance of the City of Miami Beach, Florida" , as herein-
after set forth, to-wit:
To amend said ordinance and the maps attached thereto
and made a part thereof so as to remove from "BAA" Business
District and to include in "BA"Business District, as said
districts are set forth in said ordinance, those certain
parcels of land situate in Miami Beach, Dade County, Florida,
described as follows, to-wit:
Lots 1, 2, 3 and 4, Block 75, PINE RIDGE
SUBDIVISION, according to the Plat thereof,
recorded in Plat Book 6, at page 34, of
the Public Records of Dade County, Florida.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that a public hearing be
and is hereby called to be held on the 7th day of November,
A. D. 1951, at 10:00 o 'clock A. M. , in the Council Chambers
in the City Hall, Miami Beach, Florida, for the consideration
of said amendment.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk be and he is
hereby directed to give at least fifteen days ' notice of the
time, place and object of said hearing by publishing notice
thereof in the Florida Sun, a newspaper of general circulation
in said City of Miami Beach, Florida, in conformity with
Section 21 of Ordinance No. 289 of said City.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 17th day of October, A. D.
1951.
