Resolution 7820 RESOLUTION NO. 7820
WHER.t AS, the City Council has been advised that the
CENTRAL FLORIDA SYMPHONY, desires to lease the premises
and facilities of the Miami beach i::unicipal Auditorium for
the presentation of a concert on January 13, 1952, and
WHEREAS, a lease agreement has been prepared by the
Auditorium Manager and approved as to form by the City
Attorney, and
WH"EF'EAS, the City Council has been advised of , and is
familiar with the terms and provisions of said lease agree-
ment , and deems it to be to the nest interest of the City
to authorize the execution of said lease agreement ,
NOW, THhttEFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the Mayor and the
City Clerk be and they are hereby authorized and directed
to execute the above described lease agreement on behalf
of the City of Miami Beach, and that the Auditorium Manager
is hereby authorized and directed to carry into effect the
terms and provisions undertaken therein by the City.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 30th day of October, 1951.
