Resolution 7824 RESOLUTION NO. 7824
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami Beach, Florida,
is considering amending and changing certain of the regulations and
restrictions established and contained in Ordinance No. 289, commonly
known as the "Zoning Ordinance of the City of Miani Beach, Florida",
as hereinafter set forth, to-wit:
To amend said ordinance and the maps attached thereto and
made a part thereof so as to place in "BA" Business District and
in an appropriate Area District those certain parcels of land situate
infIiami Beach, Dade County, Florida, described as follows, to-wit:
All, except the northerly 100 feet fronting
on Lincoln Road, of Lots 7 and 8 and. that
part of Lots 5 and 6 lying east of the sou-
therly extension of the west line of said
Lot 8, and that part of the north half of
Lot 4 lying east of the southerly extension
of the west line of said Lot 8, Gad that
part of a twenty foot strip of land, formerly
an alley, lying immediately south of said
Lots 7 and 8 and east of the southerly ex-
tension of the west line of said Lot 8;
in Block 5L of Fisher' s First Subdivision
of Alton Beach, according to the Plat thereof,
recorded in slat Book 2, at page 77, of the
Public Records of Dade County, Florida.
NOW, THE=ORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Miami Beach, Florida, that a public hearing be and is hereby
called to be held on the 5th day of December, 1951, at 10:00 o 'clock
A.1.1. , in the Council Chambers in the City Hall, Miami Beach, Florida,
for the consideration of said amendment.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk be and he is hereby
directed to give at least fifteen days ' notice of the time, Place as d
object of said hearing by publishing notice thereof in the Florida Sun,
a newspaper of general circulation in said City of Miami Beach, Florida,
in conformity with Section 21 of Ordinance No. 289 of said City.
