RESOLUTION NO. 7828
SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT
SR-511 SR-511
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLO: IDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is hereby
ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth its intention
to proceed under Sections 2.9 and 30 of the City Charter:
SR-511 The laying underground of an eight (8)
inch terra cotta sanitary sewer and
necessary manholes and appurtenances
at or near the centerline of Eighty-
second (82nd) Street from a point at
or near the easterly line produced
southerly of Lot Twenty-six (26) ,
Block Six ( 6) , Biscayne Beach Subdivi -
sion to a point at or near the easter-
ly curb line of Cresol_ Boulevard,
together with a six (6) inch terra
cotta sewer lateral from the main
sewer to each fifty (50) feet of abut-
ting property as a part of the main
improvement.
As said Street, Boulevard, Lot, Block
and Subdivision are shown on a Plat
recorded in Plat Book Forty-four (W1 )
at page Sixty-seven (67) of the Public
Records of Dade County, Florida.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with the
City Clerk plans and specifications of said improvement and an estimate
of the cost thereof; including an estimate of the cost of the expenses
of preliminary and other surveys; the inspection and superintendence of
the work, the preparation of plans and specifications and estimates, the
printing and publication of notices and proceedings, the preparation of
bonds, interest during construction, legal services, abstracts, etc. ,
and any other expenses necessary and proper in conducting the proceedings
and work herein provided for; and the estimated amount to be assessed
against each front foot of abutting property.
The property against which assessments are to be made for the cost of
such improvement is hereby designated as District SR-511 and is described
as follows :
Lots 18, 19, 20 and 21, Block 5; Lots
22, 23, 24 and 25, Block 6, Biscayne
Beach Subdivision, according to the Plat
thereof recorded in Plat Book 44, at
Page 67, of the Public Records of Dade
County, Florida.
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments and
bonds as Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-511, and the property against
which assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof shall be
designated as District SR-511.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 7th DAY OF November, A.D. 1951 .
