SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT

BE IT RESOLVED '9Y THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is
hereby ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth
its intention to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the City
Charter:
SK-156 A five (5) foot concrete sidewalk on the
easterly side of Collins Avenue from a
point at or near the southerly line of
Lot Forty-six (46) , Mock One (1) , Second
Ocean Front Subdivision, to a point at or
near three hundred fifty-two (352) feet
northerly thereof.
As said Avenue , Lot and Block are shown on
the Amended Plat of Second Ocean Front Sub-
division recorded in Plat Book Twenty-eight
(28 ) , Page Twenty-eight (28) of the Public
Records of Dade County, Florida.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to oreoare and to file with the
City Clerk plans and specifications of said improvement and an
estimate of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the cost of
the expenses of preliminary and other surveys, the inspection and
superintendence of the work, the preparation of plans and specifica-
tions and, estimates, the orinting and publication of notices end
proceeding*, the preparation of bonds , interest during construction,
legal services , abstracts, etc. , and any other expenses necessary
and proper in conducting the proceedings and work herein provided for;
and the estimated amount to be assessed against each front of abutting
property.
The property against which assessments are to be made for the cost
of such improvement is hereby designated asDistrict SK-156, and is
described as follows:
All of the lots or parcels of land abutting on
Cc:.11ins Avenue and lying between a point at
or near the southerly line of Lot Forty-six
(46) , Block One (1) , Amended Plat of Second
Ocean Front Subdivision, and a point at or near
three hundred fifty-tm (352) feet northerly
thereof.
This improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments
and honds as Sidewalk Improvement SK-156, and the property against which
assessments therefor may be made for the cost. thereof shall be desig-
nated as District SK-156.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 7th AY OF November, A.D. 1951.
