Resolution 78647 RESOLUTION NO. 7864 WHEREAS, thirty years ago today The Miami Beach First National Bank first opened its doors for business, and WHEREAS, this Body has noted with pleasure and some- times even with amazement the unusually rapid growth of this institution, starting from some $200,000 in resources to a present total of over $60,000,000, keeping pace with the unprecedented growth of our fair city, and WHEREAS, the business relations between the City of Miami Beach and The Miami Beach First National Bank, and with President F. Lowry Wall and his associated officials , have always been most friendly and satisfactory. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that we do hereby extend our hearty congratulations to The Miami Beach First National Bank and to President F. Lowry Wall and all his associates on this splendid growth and progress , and we further take this means of publicly thanking Mr. Wall particularly for his many, many courtesies and unusual services rendered our City officials and this Body throughout these thirty years . PASSED and UNANIMOUSLY ADOPTED by this Body, on motion of Councilman Marcie Liberman, seconded by Councilman Harold Turk, on this the 28th day of November, A.
