SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT

BE IT R rT,SOLVED 3Y TIE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is hereby
ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth its intention
to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the City Charter:
SR-512 The laying underground of an eight (8 ) inch
terra cotta sanitary sewer and necessary
manholes and appurtenances .
At or near the westerly curb line of Pine Tree
Drive from a point at or near the southerly
line of Lot Six (6) , Block Forty-four (L4) ,
Orchard Subdivision No. 1, to a point at or
near the southerly line of Lot Two (2 ) , Block
Forty-four 0!i ) of the aforementioned Subdivision.
Together with a six (6) inch terra cotta sewer
lateral from the main sewer to each 100 feet of
abutting property as a part of the main improvement.
As said Drive, Lots, Block and Subdivision are
shown on a Plat recorded in Plat Book Six (6) , at
Page one hundred eleven (111) of the Public Records
of Dade County, Florida.
The City Fngineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with the
City Clerk plans and specifications of said improvement and an estimate
of the cost ._thereof; including an estimate of the cost of the expenses
of preliminary and other surveys; the inspection and superintendence
of the work, the preparation of plans and specifications and estimates,
the printing and publication of notices and proceedings , the prey-ara.tion
of bonds, interest during construction, legal services, abstracts ,etc. ,
end any other expenses necessary- and proper in conducting the proceedings
and work herein provided for; and the estimated Amount to be assessed
against each front foot of abutting property.
The property against which assessments are to be made for the cost of
such improvement is hereby designated as District SR-512, and is
described as follows:
Lots Two (2) , Three (3) , Four (1t ) and Five (5) ,
Block Forty-four 01), ) , Orchard Subdivision No. 1,
according to the Plat recorded in Plat Book Six
(6) , at Page one hundred eleven (111) of the
Public Records of Dade County,Florida.
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments
and bonds as Sanitary Sewer Improvement' SR-512, and the property
against which assessments therefor may be ade for he co reof
shall be designated as District SR-512.
