SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is hereby
ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth its intention
to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the City Charter.
SK-160 A five (5) foot concrete sidewalk on the north
side of Nineteenth (19th) Street from a point
approximately one hundred eight (108 ) feet
westerly of Liberty Avenue to a point approxi-
mately one hundred sixty two (162 ) feet wester-
ly of said Liberty Avenue.
As said Street and Avenue are shown on a Plat
recorded in Plat Book Five (5) , at Pages 7 and
8, and Plat Book Two (2) , Par-;e 77, of the
Public Records of Dade County, Florida, and as
said Street and Avenue are named and designated
in City of Miami Beach Ordinance No. 232.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with the
City Clerk, plans and specifications of said improvement and an estimate
of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the cost of the expenses
of preliminary and other surveys, the inspection and superintendence of
the work, the preparation of plans and specifications and estimates, the
printing and publication of notices and proceedings, the preparation of
bonds, interest during construction, legal services, abstracts, etc. ,
and any other expenses necessary and proper in conducting the proceedings
and work herein provided for; and the estimated amount to be assessed
against each front foot of abutting property.
The property against which assessments are to be made for the cost of
such improvement is hereby designated as District SK-160 and is described
as follows :
The west 50' of the south 20' of Lot 9, and the
west 50' of Lots 10 and 11, Block F, The Amended
Map of the Ocean Front property of the Miami
Beach Improvement Company, according to the Plat
thereof recorded in Plat Book Five (5) , at pages
7 and 8, of the Public Records of Dade County,
Florida.
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments and
bonds as Sidewalk Improvement SK-160, and the property against which
assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof shall be designated
as District SK-160.
