WHEREAS, the City Council is considering anending Section
17 of Ordinance No. 269 commonly known as the ''Zoning Ordinance
of Miami Beach, Florida , so as to provide that with special
permission of the City Council,docks, wharves, dolphins or 'similar
structures may extend from a business or multiple-family lot
into Biscayne Bay, a distance not greater than four hundred
fifty (450) feet,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Miami Beach, Florida, that a public nearing be and is
hereby called to be held on the 9th day of January, A. D. 1952,
at 10:00 o' clock A.iI. , in the Council Chambers in the City Hall,
Miami Beach, Florida, for the consideration of said amendment.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be and he is
hereby directed to give at least fifteen days ' notice of the time,
place and object of said hearing by publishing notice thereof in
the Florida Sun, a newspaper of general circulation in said City
of Miami Beach, t'`lorida, in conformity with Section 21 of Ordinance
No. 289 of said City.
